Our Story ...

James and Allison have known each-other since 2008. James works in finance and Allison works in real estate. They established an amazing business partnership over the years that naturally evolved into a genuine friendship and eventually the deep love they share today. 

Both are Type-A personalities and driven to the core. They put as much effort into their relationship as they do into their careers. James and Allison enjoy traveling, camping at the desert and river, new experiences and spending time with family and friends. 

The fairytale-like proposal took place in Allison’ birth country Seoul, South Korea on October 26, 2022. James gifted this incredible trip to Allison and included her parents for her 40th birthday, almost two years prior but was postponed due to the pandemic. This was Allison’s first visit to Korea since her adoption in 1986. In the beautiful setting of Gyeongbokgung Palace built in 1395, James got down on one knee and asked Allison’s hand in marriage in the presence of her Mom and oldest brother. Her Father was there in spirit and smiling down on them on this momentous occasion. Incorporated in the proposal was the fact that Allison’s Father had known about the proposal and gave his blessing many months before. 

This match made in heaven cannot wait to exchange vows and begin their new life together amongst their closest family and friends.
